Qualify guests

  • Select a venue:

  • A calendar appears on the screen, select the wanted date:

  • The reservation list comes up and on top of the reservations this bar will appear:

  • Click on Day Options

  • Click on Quality Guests

  • The list of My Reservations appears:

  • There are five tabs: All, Qualified, Unqualified, No Emails and No Phones.

    • All = In this tab all reservations will appear.
    • Qualified= In this tab only the qualified reservations will appear.
    • Unqualified = In this tab only the unqualified reservations will appear.
    • No Emails= Reservations with no e-mails will appear here.
    • No Phones= Reservations with no phone numbers will appear here.
  • Click on the All button to see all the reservations.

  • Click on the Reservations button to return to the reservations.

  • On the text boxes under Email and Phone columns, you’re able to edit or add information. A red square will appear when you change something. After editing click Save to save the changes.

  • Click on any letter from the alphabet to see the reservations that start with that letter.

  • Click on the next button to see all the reservations again.

  • Click on the View button to see the customer’s profile:

  • Click on Close to close the customer’s profile.

  • Click on Edit to edit the customer’s information.

  • Under Contacts & Comments Log in the text box, write any comments and to save the comment click on Add to log to save the comment on the log.
