Add Reservation

On the Map view you will be able to add reservations to tables directly, first off:

  • Click on Add.

  • Select the type of reservation.
  • Regular
  • Walkup
  1. In this area you will have to submit the number of people included for the table.
    • Female: Number of Ladies within the party group.
    • Male: Number of Gentleman within the party group.
    • Neutral: In the case you don't know how many gentleman or ladies are within the party you can select the option Neutral for the total amount of guests.
  2. Here you will be asked to fill out the general information of the table holder (of which fields can be customized), in this case:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Phone number: in this option if you select the dropdown button next to code, you will be able to see the different countries available to add the country code for international phone numbers.
    • Bottle requirement: in this option you will be able to select the number of bottles required from the customer to consume/purchase, you can select from 1-5 bottles or a minimum of 100-5000 dollars to spend on bottles.
    • Beverage minimum: with this option you will be able to set an amount minimum for the customer to spend on beverages.
    • Amount minimum: here you can set an amount minimum, this could be both bottle service or beverage.
    • Originator: the originator would be the source of the reservation, an example, in the case the venue has a work relationship with a marketing company or a promoting company and said company has sent information for a customer reservation,with this we can place the originating source on the reservation.
    • Birth Date: of the customer.
    • Instructions: here you will be able to submit certain instructions for the reservation, these instructions can be "place in corner table" or "place under table with shade" things of this sort if possible.
  3. Please remember to always click on save in order not to lose your work.

Reservation Status

In the day view you will be able to change the reservation status on reservations by clicking on the pencil icon, here's a quick guide to what each status means:

  1. External Request: External Request, this is not shown in the map, external requests is for reservations made online. The status must first be change to Approved.
  2. Internal Request: Internal Request, this is when internal users create reservations directly from the system.
    • When you select a table and click on Internal Request status, the color changes but the icon does not.
  3. Approved: Reservation approved for the venue.
    • When you select a table and click on Approved status, the color changes but the icon does not.
  4. Confirmed: Reservation confirmed for the client.
    • When you select a table and click on Confirmed status, the color change but the icon does not.
  5. Late: When the client calls in and tells you he is running late.
    • When you select a table and click on Late status, the color changes but the icon does not.
  6. Waiting: Party already on their way to the club.
    • When you select a table and click on Waiting status, the color changes but the icon does not.
  7. Inside: Reservation registers the customer from the inside.
    • When you select a table and click on Inside status, the color changes as well as the icon. The icon changes to the Seated icon.
  8. Seated: Reservation registers that the customer has been seated at the table.
    • When you select a table and click on Seated status, the color changes but the icon does not.
  9. Finishing: Reservation is finishing his stay and will show like an Internal Request.
    • When you select a table and click on Finishing status, the color changes and the icon changes to an arrow pointed down.
  10. Left: The people have left the table.
    • When you select a table and click on Left status,the color changes as does the and the icon changes to an arrow pointed right.
  11. Denied: Reservation has been denied for the client.
    • When you select a table and click on Denied status, the color changes as well as the icon.
  12. No Show: No show, when a reservation owner never came to the venue.
    • When you select a table and click on No Show status.The color remains the changes and the icon as well.
  13. Cancelled: Reservation cancelled, when a client called before the night of the event and cancelled the reservation.
    • When you select a table and click on Cancelled status,it changes both the color and the icon.
  14. Deleted: Reservation, this means the reservation was deleted from the venue system.
    • When you select a table and click on Deleted status, it changes both color and the icon.
  15. Banned: This means either you will ban the customer from the venue or the customer has been banned.
    • When you select a table and click on Banned status, it changes both color and the icon.
