Departments

Once in UrVenue, you can select Users (1) and then select Departments (2) you will see all the Departments for a particular venue.

UrVenue provides 5 Departments which can be edited to suit each venue┬┤s needs.

The departments help to delegate responsabilities and have better control and organization within the venue. This is the list of all Departments and some actions that can be performed:

  1. Add Department (1) Here you can add a new Department. Just click the button to enter the new information in the pop-up box. Preferentially input name and email, however the email is not mandatory. The email can be used to send emails filtered by department. To save the changes click Save. To discard the changes click Cancel.

  2. Edit (2) Here you can edit a Department options. Just click the button to modify the information in the pop-up box. To save the changes click Save. To delete the department click on Delete. To discard the changes click Cancel.
