Customer Merging

  • Click on CRM.

  • Select "My CRM" if you only need your information or select "Global CRM" to view other users' information as well.

    1. Go to Customer List.
    2. Checkmark the customers that are repeated.
    3. Click Merge.
  • A pop up will appear with different options to check. Select the proper first name, last name, email address, phone number and owner for the customer.

  • Click "Merge".
  • The customer should now only appear once.
