Department Access

This is mostly used when an account has multiple venues.

  • Click on Restrict for a specific department.

You can select which department has access to see Reservations from other venues or only for one of them.

  1. Select Hide Venue Access to prevent a venue from showing its reservations.

  2. Select View Own Reservations to view, edit and add only the reservations created through your user.

  3. Select Hide not to show this type of reservations.

  4. Select Block to prevent modifying, adding or deleting this type for reservations.
